At APEX LIGHT, we want your home to shine perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your lighting fixtures within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure the Fixture

  Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all bulbs, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
