What is the average shipping time for your lighting fixtures?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For oversized chandeliers or custom orders, delivery may take up to 14 business days depending on your location.

Are your products compatible with smart home systems?

Most of our modern fixtures are compatible with smart dimmers and bulbs. Please check the 'Technical Specifications' section on individual product pages for specific smart-home integration details.

What is your return policy if a fixture doesn't fit my space?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Products must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or modified to be eligible for a full refund.

Do APEX LIGHT products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our lighting products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and electrical malfunctions under normal residential use.

Is professional installation required for your lighting?

While many of our table and floor lamps are plug-and-play, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures to ensure safety and code compliance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, APEX LIGHT ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
